RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A $50 deposit will be required to reserve your appointment. All deposits are non-

refundable if I am given notice less than 24 hours in advance. We want you to keep your

appointment so please call with any questions and I will do my best to resolve the issue

for you. Failure to cancel more than 3 times would result in a full deposit of your groom at

booking.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW

I do what I do because I love animals. Each time you bring your dog to see me I get to know it more

and grow to really care for him/her. However, if someone doesn't show up to their scheduled

appointment, it hurts my business and leaves an open spot that could have otherwise been filled.

Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule and your deposit will be

refunded or held for your next appointment. Please keep in mind it can take between 1 ½ -3 hours to

complete a groom, depending on size and style. Dogs not picked up within 2 hours of their groom’s

completion will be charged a $30 Daycare fee.

LATE POLICY

Please let me know within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment if you will be late. If I don't hear

from you, you will be marked a NO SHOW and will lose your deposit. I will happily rebook you and/or

add you to our cancellation list.

SHOP POLICIES

  1. All dogs need to be on a leash.
  2. A $50 deposit is required to hold all Bath, Mini & Full-Service Packages.
  3. Cancellation / Reschedule / No Show / Late policies apply (see above).
  4. All dogs are required to have a veterinary receipt of current rabies vaccination and weight on file.
  5. Late Pick-Up Fee:
    My space is limited, so any dog left more than 2 hours past my pick-up call will be charged a Daycare fee of $30.
  6. I do not quote prices.
  7. Reactive / Aggressive / Anxious Dogs:
    At any point during the groom, if I feel it is unsafe for me or the dog to continue, I will call for the dog to be picked up. You will only be charged for the services completed.
  8. Dog’s Applaws will not be held responsible for any cuts, nicks, shaving burns, or other injuries your dog may receive while here. You are responsible for all vet bills associated with any injuries. A waiver form must be completed before service can be given.
  9. Matting Fees:
    $20 per 10 minutes.
  10. Flea & Tick Policy:
    I take fleas and ticks very seriously. When fleas or ticks are found on a dog, there will be a $10 fee and a Capstar treatment will be given.
